For direct-hire positions, our fees are straightforward and disclosed upfront. You pay only after your chosen candidate accepts and signs with your company: no upfront costs, no hidden fees. This structure aligns our interests with yours: we succeed when you succeed.

Guarantee: Should the placed candidate be terminated for any reason, other than strike, layoff, or elimination of the position within sixty (60) days after the start date, a replacement candidate will be provided at no additional cost, (“Guarantee”). Terms: The receipt of payment is due net ten (10) days from the start date of employment. Payment beyond net terms will void the Guarantee.

Temporary and Temp-to-Hire Staffing

For temporary and temp-to-hire positions, our base pricing covers comprehensive screening to match candidates to your specific job requirements.
