Final Selection
If they make the cut, our team creates a comprehensive candidate profile, customized for the client, to go along with the resume. Our detailed Candidate Profile includes:
- Formatted resume and profile
- Interview and training availability
- Confirmed pay rate (if available)
- Confirmed work schedule availability

All of our placement fees are made clear up front and due after candidate signing. If the new employee does not work out for any reason within 60 calendar days of the start date for direct-hire positions only, a replacement candidate is provided at no additional cost.*
